This step allows you to see which of your prescriptions are available for refill, as well as when they were last refilled and when the previous refill request was submitted. If a prescription has been discontinued or cannot be filled as is, you’ll be made aware of it at this step. By clicking on the prescription in question, RX local will contact your physician on your behalf to correct the refill. No more playing phone tag with your doctor!
When we receive your request, we will process it and contact you, if necessary, to get further information regarding your order. If this request is submitted after working hours, it will be processed as soon as possible on the next business day. Using the app is far easier and quicker than refilling your prescription by phone, but if you prefer to refill by phone we are always here and ready to take your call.
